Someone you already know
A parent, carer or another adult you trust is a good first step. If you’d like to talk about faith, ask them to come with you to a church or youth group, or to talk with a pastor together.
At school
Your school chaplain, counsellor or a teacher you trust can listen, answer questions and help you find support.
